Beirut, 20 January 2017- The British Council and the EL Khalil Foundation signed a partnership agreement today, Friday 20 January 2017, under which the world leading International English Language Testing System (IELTS) as registration Centre, Aptis exam as a certified English measurement tool and Learn English Connect the online English training sessions, All managed by the British Council, will be conducted inside El Khalil Foundation.
